Applications for affordable homeownership in Dade City, Florida will be available on February 3,2025 through February 24,2025. Applications can be downloaded from the website  or picked up at the Habitat Program Office, beginning on February 3, 2025, at 37220 Meridian Ave, Dade City, FL, 33525. Applications will not be available before February 3, 2025.

Completed applications must be mailed to or dropped off at 37220 Meridian Ave., Dade City, Florida 33525 from February 3, 2025 – February 24,2025. Mailed applications must be postmarked by February 24, 2025. Applications can be dropped off at the secure drop box located at 37220 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33525. Applications MUST BE fully completed, with all required documentation to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is important to note that emailed applications will not be accepted.
