Please make sure your items:

• Are clean, complete, and in good working condition
• Are free of stains, damage, odors, and pet hair
• Appliances must be fully functional and less than 10 years old.
• Meet our donation acceptance guidelines
• Can be safely handled by two people

Final acceptance is at the driver’s discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Items that do not meet our guidelines may be declined at pickup.

We gladly pick up items that are clean, functional, and in good condition, including:

• Furniture (couches, tables, dressers, chairs)
• Appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves)
• Kitchen cabinets and building materials
• Light fixtures, doors, windows
• Home décor and more

• Used mattresses
• Box springs
• Dishwashers
• Window blinds, unless new in a sealed box
• Desktop computers, printers, scanners, and copiers
• Paint of any kind
• Used flooring or flooring totaling less than 900 square feet
• Unclean, broken, damaged, unsafe, or heavily worn items

Items we cannot sell still require staff time and disposal costs. Reviewing our guidelines helps keep more funding available for affordable housing.

Yes. For a scheduled no-contact pickup, items must be outside in a clearly accessible location before the pickup time. Keep items protected from the weather.
