Cleaning out a home due to a death of a loved one, a downsizing, or moving can be overwhelming. It is especially difficult trying to coordinate when you do not live in the same town. Let Habitat for Humanity ReStore help. We offer family estate clean outs and assisting with clearing out items.
The ReStore will coordinate the clean out of the home with you and will salvage all materials that may be suitable for recycling, repurposing or resale in the Habitat for Humanity ReStore or another local non-profit entity and provide you with a donation receipt.

What we offer - We provide no-cost pickup and removal of gently used furniture, appliances, home goods, and building materials. Our experienced team handles the heavy lifting so your donation can support affordable housing projects in your community.

Service area - We serve Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, and surrounding Pasco County communities with donation pickup and cleanout services.
Accepted items
- Furniture: sofas, beds, dressers, dining sets
- Appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves (working condition)
- Building materials: doors, windows, hardware, flooring
- Cabinets and countertops
- Lighting fixtures, ceiling fans
- Tools, décor, and other home goods
Please note: We cannot accept mattresses, box springs, or hazardous materials (e.g., paint, chemicals). If more than 20% of donated items are not reusable, a disposal fee may apply.
