Habitat ReStore Zephyrhills accepts gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, tools, lighting, home goods, and select textiles. Donations must be clean, safe, complete, and in sellable condition.

Donating to Habitat ReStore Zephyrhills

Donating to Habitat ReStore Zephyrhills is a simple way to support affordable housing, reduce waste, and give your gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, and home goods a second life.

We gratefully accept a wide range of new and gently used home improvement items, furniture, appliances, cabinets, tools, lighting, décor, and more. Proceeds from donated items help Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County build and repair affordable homes across East and Central Pasco County.

All donated items must be clean, safe, reusable, and sellable. We are unable to accept items that are damaged, broken, unsafe, heavily worn, or not suitable for resale.

Final acceptance is at the discretion of ReStore staff and volunteers.

Items we cannot sell still require staff time, transportation, storage, and disposal costs. These costs reduce the funding available for affordable housing, so we ask all donors to carefully review the guidelines below before donating.

Before you donate

Please make sure your items meet the following guidelines:

  • Items must be clean, stable, and free of major damage
  • No excessive stains, rips, mildew, mold, pet damage, or strong odors
  • All pieces should be complete, functional, and safe to use
  • Appliances and electronics must be in working condition
  • Furniture should be sturdy and ready for resale
  • Building materials should be reusable and in good condition
A note on style and condition

Every item sold in our ReStore helps fund affordable housing in our community. To make the greatest impact, we focus on accepting donations that are likely to sell quickly and appeal to the widest range of shoppers.

Furniture and home goods should be current, neutral, clean, and move-in ready. Items with outdated styles, bold or highly specific patterns, heavy wear, or visible damage are less likely to support our mission through resale.

We prioritize pieces that a typical shopper would feel confident bringing into their home today. When donated items are more likely to sell, they generate more support for local families working toward safe, affordable homeownership.
