Before scheduling a pickup, ensure your items:

• Are clean, complete, and in proper working condition
• Are free of stains, damage, odors, or pet hair
• Include appliances that are under 10 years old and fully functional
• Are not listed on our “cannot accept” list
• Are readily accessible (garage, driveway, or ground level)
• Can be safely handled by two people

Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined at pickup.
