Where we build

Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County serves communities throughout Pasco County east of the Suncoast Parkway. Our service area includes:

Dade City • Zephyrhills • Wesley Chapel • Land O’ Lakes • San Antonio • Crystal Springs • Lacoochee • Spring Hill and surrounding communities

If you live or work within this service area, you may be eligible to apply for Habitat homeownership. Our goal is to partner with local individuals and families to build safe, decent, and affordable homes right here in the communities we serve in East and Central Pasco County.

Where we build depends on available land, infrastructure, funding, and current projects. Homebuyers may indicate location preferences during the homeownership process, and available homesites are reviewed as applicants complete program requirements.

Equal Housing Opportunity

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or nationality.
