Property criteria
- Lots should be at least 40ft x 90ft, high and dry, and accessible from a public road
- Acreage that could support small housing communities is also welcome
- Preferably outside of flood hazard areas
- Clear title or curable title defects
- Access to public water/sewer is preferred, but not required
- Must be located in east or central Pasco County
We are located in the north area of the Tampa Bay region, we build in areas such as: Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, San Antonio, Lacoochee, Crystal Springs, Spring Hill (on the central Pasco side) and surrounding areas in Pasco County.
