Low- to moderate-income
Applicants must fall within the maximum annual gross income limits (before taxes) and meet all income-related eligibility guidelines.
Income limits are based on the total number of people who will live in the home and are set at 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).
These limits are defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are updated annually.
All sources of income are counted, including employment, public assistance, Social Security, disability benefits, child support, and other regular income.
