Disaster Preparedness: Building Resilience Before the Storm
At Habitat for Humanity of East & Central Pasco, we believe safe and resilient housing is the foundation of a strong community—especially in the face of natural disasters. Our Disaster Preparedness efforts focus on equipping families with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to stay safe before, during, and after a storm.
From distributing preparedness kits and sharing safety checklists to strengthening homes with hurricane-resistant materials, we’re committed to reducing risk and increasing readiness across our region. Whether you're a homeowner, volunteer, or neighbor, you have a role in protecting what matters most.
Together, we build not just homes—but hope, security, and resilience.
Get prepared. Stay informed. Be safe.
