Two smiling female Habitat for Humanity volunteers in blue hard hats and shirts pose in front of a home under construction. One woman raises her fist in a cheerful, empowered gesture.

Homes we build

At Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County, we’re proud to build safe, energy-efficient, and affordable homes for hardworking individuals and families throughout our community—including areas like Zephyrhills, Dade City, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Spring Hill, and beyond.

We primarily construct new single-family homes and occasionally rehab vacant properties. Every home is sold to a income qualifying homebuyer through an affordable mortgage, making homeownership accessible and sustainable.

We provide disaster recovery assistance through our ReBuild program, and offer roof replacements for veterans through our Veteran Build Initiative in partnership with Owens Corning.

We also provide homebuyer counseling and education to help families prepare for successful homeownership.

Since 1994, Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County has built and dedicated more than 160 safe, affordable homes for families in communities across Pasco County in areas of Dade City, Zephyrhills, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Spring Hill, and Lachoochee. Each home tells a story of partnership, hope, and a brighter future.

We’re proud to work alongside local volunteers, donors, and partner families to build strength and stability through affordable homeownership.
