Volunteer Waiver

• Please print and complete the waiver before working on our job site or ReStore. 
• Completed waivers can be emailed to mparks@habitatpasco.org or brought on the first work day.
• If you do not have access to a computer, hard copies of the waiver are available on site or at our program office
• Waivers must be completed every 12 months.
