Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County builds and sells affordable homes to qualified applicants throughout Pasco County east of the Suncoast Parkway.
We have built homes in communities such as Zephyrhills, Dade City, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Spring Hill, Crystal Springs, and Lacoochee.
If you live, work, or have strong ties within this service area, you may be eligible to apply for one of our homeownership opportunities. Our goal is to partner with local families to build safe, decent, and affordable homes—right here in the communities we serve in east and central Pasco County.
